Raw Amino privacy policy

How Raw Amino collects, uses and protects the personal information you share when you use raw-amino.com.

What the Raw Amino privacy policy covers

This policy applies to raw-amino.com and to any order placed on it. It explains what we collect and why, and what you can do about it.

Information Raw Amino collects

Order details: your name, billing and delivery address, email address and phone number, which we need to process an order.
Account details: your login email and order history if you create an account.
Messages you send us by email or through the contact form.
Technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, device type and pages visited, plus the cookies that keep your cart and login working.

How Raw Amino uses your information

To process, ship and support your orders.
To answer your questions.
To keep the site secure and stop fraud.
To meet legal and tax obligations.

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help run the store, such as hosting, payment processing and delivery, or when the law requires it.

Cookies

The store uses essential cookies for the cart, checkout and login. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout may stop working. The US Federal Trade Commission has a plain guide to protecting your privacy online.

Emails and age

We send emails about your orders. We don’t add you to marketing lists without asking. The store is meant for adults aged 21 or older buying for laboratory research, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Keeping and protecting data

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and other data only as long as we need it. The site runs over encrypted HTTPS, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it.

Payments and third parties

Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout, and we don’t store full card details on this website. Hosting, payment and delivery partners receive only the information they need to do their part, and they handle it under their own privacy policies.

Where your data is processed

Because we ship worldwide, order details may be processed in countries other than your own, including by delivery partners in the destination country. We only share what’s needed to get the order to you.

Your choices under the Raw Amino privacy policy

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email sales@raw-amino.com and we’ll respond. Some records, such as completed orders, may have to be kept for legal reasons. We may update this policy, and the current version is always on this page.
