Agreeing to the Raw Amino terms and conditions

By using raw-amino.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Research use only

Every Raw Amino product is for laboratory research use only. Products are not for human or veterinary use, not food, drugs, cosmetics or supplements, and haven’t been evaluated by the FDA. By ordering you confirm that you’re at least 21, that you’re a qualified researcher or buying for one, and that you’ll handle, store and dispose of products according to the laws where you are.

Orders, prices and discounts

Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page.
An order is accepted once you receive a confirmation email.
Code firstrawamino$$ gives 10% off a first order, and crypto payments get 15% off. Discounts can’t be exchanged for cash.
We may cancel an order if we find a pricing error or believe the order breaks these terms. Any payment taken is refunded.

Shipping and customs

Shipping is free on every order. You’re responsible for making sure the products can be imported where you live, and for any duties your country charges.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email sales@raw-amino.com with your order number and a photo and we’ll work out a fix. Because these are research materials, opened products can’t be returned.

Accounts and site content

Keep your login details private; you’re responsible for orders placed through your account. The text, images and logos on raw-amino.com belong to Raw Amino. You may link to our pages but please don’t copy the content or product photos.

Product information

We describe each product as accurately as we can, including the amount in the vial and what’s printed on the label. Research summaries on product pages are general background from published literature, not instructions for use. For the regulatory status of research compounds in the US, see the FDA and the rules in your own country.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to break the law, to scrape it in bulk or to interfere with how it works. We may suspend accounts or cancel orders that break these rules.

Liability under the Raw Amino terms and conditions

Raw Amino isn’t liable for misuse of its products or for use outside a laboratory. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it, as far as the law allows. We may update these terms, and the version on this page applies when you order.
