BPC-157 TB-500 GHK-Cu Blend puts BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu together in one freeze-dried vial (70mg in total), so you mix once instead of three times. We supply it for in-vitro and laboratory research.

BPC-157 TB-500 GHK-Cu Blend ingredients

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.

TB-500 here means thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein found in nearly every cell in the body, with high levels in platelets and white blood cells. Inside the cell it binds actin, the protein cells use to change shape and move.

GHK-Cu is the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine bound to a copper(II) ion. Loren Pickart first isolated GHK from human plasma in 1973, and levels in plasma are reported to fall with age.

This adds the copper peptide GHK-Cu to the BPC-157 and TB-500 pair. Between them they touch blood vessel growth, cell movement and rebuilding of the skin matrix, so it’s mostly used in skin and wound models.

Having all of it in one vial saves a mixing step and keeps the ratio identical from the first draw to the last.

How the BPC-157 TB-500 GHK-Cu Blend works

Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.

Thymosin beta-4’s main job is holding on to G-actin, the single building blocks of the cell’s internal scaffolding. By controlling how much actin is free to polymerize, it controls how cells move and change shape.

GHK binds copper tightly and can deliver it to cells. Copper is a cofactor for lysyl oxidase, the enzyme that cross-links collagen and elastin, and for antioxidant enzymes.

Published studies on BPC-157 TB-500 GHK-Cu

Most of the work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb. Their rodent studies report faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injuries, and Mikus and colleagues described improved burn wound healing in mice.

Goldstein and colleagues reviewed thymosin beta-4’s role in wound repair in 2012, covering faster closure of skin wounds and new blood vessel growth in animal models.

Maquart and colleagues reported in 1988 that GHK-Cu stimulated collagen synthesis in cultured fibroblasts, and later rat wound-chamber studies found more collagen and glycosaminoglycan buildup.

How to mix BPC-157 TB-500 GHK-Cu Blend

Work out concentration by dividing what’s in the vial by the water you add. For example:

  • 70mg vial plus 2mL of water: 35mg per mL
  • 70mg vial plus 3mL of water: 23.33mg per mL
  • 70mg vial plus 5mL of water: 14mg per mL

Use sterile bacteriostatic water and add it slowly against the glass, not straight onto the powder. Swirl or roll the vial until nothing is left at the bottom. Give it a minute or two if it’s slow; never shake it.

Write the concentration and the date on the label as soon as you’ve mixed it.

BPC-157 TB-500 GHK-Cu Blend storage and shelf life

For long-term storage, freeze sealed at -20°C in the dark. Freeze-dried peptide is stable enough to travel at room temperature for several days.

Mixed solution goes in the fridge between 2 and 8°C and should be used within roughly a month. Keep the other vials sealed and frozen until you need them.

The BPC-157 TB-500 GHK-Cu Blend label

Look for the Raw Amino logo, the name of the compound, the Research use only band and the strength, 70mg. Those four things tell you you’ve got the right vial.

The powder inside should look like a small dry cake or loose white flakes at the bottom of the glass. It’s normal for it to shift around in transit or to sit as a thin film on the side of the vial.

If your protocol requires in-house confirmation, set a little material aside from the first vial for your own analysis before the study starts.
