Our CJC-1295 GHRP-6 Blend combines 5mg of Mod GRF 1-29 and 5mg of GHRP-6 in a single sealed vial, 10mg in total. It’s for lab research use only.
CJC-1295 GHRP-6 Blend ingredients
Mod GRF 1-29: CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF(1-29), is GHRH(1-29) with four amino acid changes that protect it from enzymes. Its half-life is longer than sermorelin’s, though still short.
GHRP-6 is a six-amino-acid synthetic peptide, His-D-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, from Cyril Bowers’ work in the early 1980s. It was one of the first growth hormone releasing peptides, and it was studied years before ghrelin, the hormone it mimics, was found in 1999.
This pairs a GHRH analog with GHRP-6, the ghrelin mimic known for raising appetite as well as GH. It’s the usual combination for studies that look at feeding and GH release together.
In this blend, CJC-1295 means the version without DAC, which is the same peptide as Mod GRF 1-29. The Mod GRF 1-29 5mg vial is the single-peptide version.
Because everything is freeze-dried together, the ratio can’t drift between draws, and there’s only one reconstitution to track.

How the CJC-1295 GHRP-6 Blend works
GHRH from the hypothalamus tells the pituitary to release growth hormone. Only its first 29 amino acids are needed for that.
GHRP-6 activates GHS-R1a in the pituitary and hypothalamus. That releases GH directly and also boosts the effect of GHRH while holding back somatostatin.

CJC-1295 GHRP-6 research
The amino acid changes were described in work on tetrasubstituted GRF analogs.
Most published human data are on the DAC version.
Bowers and colleagues described its GH-releasing effect in 1984, and it became the reference compound for the receptor later named GHS-R1a.
Animal studies since then have looked at GHRP-6 in heart muscle protection and in gut and liver injury models, separate from its effect on GH.

The CJC-1295 GHRP-6 Blend label
The Raw Amino label is easy to read: our logo at the top, the product name in large type, a purple band that says Research use only, and the vial strength (10mg). If anything on it is unclear or damaged, email us before you open the vial.
Freeze-dried peptide often looks like very little powder, sometimes just a thin white layer. That’s normal. The amount is set by weight, not by how full the vial looks.
Some studies require the lab to confirm identity itself. If yours does, plan for that before reconstituting the whole vial.
How to mix CJC-1295 GHRP-6 Blend
Work out concentration by dividing what’s in the vial by the water you add. For example:
- 10mg vial plus 1mL of water: 10mg per mL
- 10mg vial plus 2mL of water: 5mg per mL
- 10mg vial plus 3mL of water: 3.33mg per mL
Most labs use sterile bacteriostatic water. Let the sealed vial come to room temperature, then run the water slowly down the inside of the glass and roll the vial gently until it’s clear. Shaking makes foam and can damage the peptide, so don’t.
Label the vial with the concentration and today’s date before it goes in the fridge.
Storing CJC-1295 GHRP-6 Blend
Sealed vials keep best in a freezer at -20°C, away from light. Short spells at room temperature during shipping are fine for freeze-dried peptide.
Mixed solution goes in the fridge between 2 and 8°C and should be used within roughly a month. Keep the other vials sealed and frozen until you need them.
